Comments: Queensland; Cape York Peninsula. Occurs from Massey Creek to Cape York in rainforest and particularly in gallery forest at altitudes up to 450m. It does not appear to be closely related to any other Australian species although it does have some features in common with S. crebrinerve. The name is based on the superficial resemblance to S. fastigiatum.
